Well, it says that this is an umbrella, but it looks more like a canopy or a roof. If we talk about beach umbrellas, now there are excellent companies and online stores where you can buy high-quality wind resistant beach umbrellas. In my opinion, you shouldn't save on such a purchase as a beach umbrella, because this is something that will protect you from both the sun and the rain, and from the wind.
