I see your images... what you've got is a radial grid and parallel lines. Even modifying my grillage definition wouldn't really help you since to get the ribs to fit together as tightly as possible each notch would need to be a different width.
My whole definition is only set up to create notches of a uniform size assuming all the pieces are intersecting each other at 90 degrees...
You need the angle of the intersection planes to be adjustable?
This wouldn't be too hard to do, but you'd have to do some experimentation to make sure your notches work when ribs aren't intersecting at 90 degrees...
