David, your project looks impressive, and it reminded me of disputes on construction sites when a single overlooked detail could wreck the entire schedule. In Boston we worked on a $1.2m home renovation, and the contractor delayed the project by 3 months because the facade panels turned out different from the specification. The client immediately brought in a consultant and a lawyer, otherwise it would have ended in a lawsuit. At such moments you realize you need someone who sees the project as a whole and can speak both to lawyers and builders in the same language. I read website and it shows how experienced consultants take on that role and protect against failures.

What can I say, the project really looks amazing. But, of course, it's not a solution for a regular, small house. In my search for solutions on how I can set up my backyard, pergola and common seating area, I found the Equinox Roof company. You can find different solutions, including pergola ceiling, roof, different materials, etc. Good that these same professionals provide installation services so I don't have to look for someone else.
