Triangular Discretiasation and Light occlusion test

During the Visiting School we will be investigating how light interacts with space and geometry. And it will be running from the 21st - 30th of August at the School of Architecture in Aarhus.

This video looks at how patterns affect the light admitence to a space. In this video we are working with a regular offset for all objects, but imagine this being differentiated for performance or spatial quality? Or having several layers of material?

Discretization and light occlusion tests are two important techniques used in computer graphics to create realistic and visually appealing images. Discretization involves breaking down a continuous scene into smaller parts or pixels, which can then be manipulated and rendered by a computer. To learn more about these techniques and how they are used in the world of computer graphics, visit https://magicalkatrina.com/. On the other hand, the light occlusion test is a process used to determine how much light should be visible in a particular part of an image. Both of these techniques are crucial for creating lifelike graphics that can transport viewers to another world.
