Suspicion of a bug in Patch fragment & Cap Planar Holes ex.

Hi david,

If you have time, I've found this small issue with both both patch fragment and cap planar holes ex components throwing around NullReferenceExceptions. Attached is the description, and a definition to reproduce the problem.Given some edge cases these components will die pretty hard - in such a way that nothing is executed after the brep with errors is encountered.

try lower the files tolerance to 0.0001 and hit f5...

Interesting workaround - does seem to occur where there are overlapping curves.
