That's a fantastic work Vladimir.

I am also working on this kind of structures, but I am having some difficulties with it. Are you following the principles of the Bend Force and applying the hinges as explained in http://www.grasshopper3d.com/video/rhino-grasshopper-kangaroo-hinge...? Or the idea is making cuts of the pattern on on a surface and then applying the forces with Kangaroo as if it was a simple catenary shell? At the moment I have my parametric pattern which works perfect in physical models:

I recently did something very similar for a friend. He had a piece of paper with cuts on it and wanted to simulate the effect of lifting it, maintaining the same surface area.
