Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Had some fun on this Swarm app test of a little jewelry concept.

Keep an eye out on swarm for the app, coming soon.

I was amazed at the quality of preview Grasshopper can display in real time with Rhino 6 material and scene settings and the turntable. The app is built with Pufferfish, Weaverbird, and Mesh+ plugins.

I just created two standard Rhino materials, plastic and metal, and used the "Shader" param component to bring them into GH, and applied to the standard "Preview" component. The environment just uses one of the default HDRI scenes.
