this is a kind of iterative voronoi relaxation based on Lloyd's algorithm...

Chaos Paradox

   The moving effect requires iterative calculation,so i used hoopsnake.

   Points bound by the principle is: do the evaluation based on gray value of point in the picture, if the point is relatively light, he randomly removed the probability is relatively large, and vice versa is relatively small.
