Join us at Facades+ Chicago and learn about Dynamic Patterning and Surface Design with Ronnie Parsons on October 25th!

Ronnie Parsons is a founding partner of Mode Lab, a generative design consultancy based in New York City. At Mode Lab, Ronnie leads the design and development of products and environments for institutional as well as private clients. Stemming from his interest in an open-ended and promiscuous approach to design, Ronnie has spent the past four years co-directing over 100 workshops globally. His on-going experience connecting and learning with others continues to be a source of inspiration and a motivating factor behind Mode Lab.

Combining the intuition of visual programming with the robustness of parametric design, Grasshopper offers unprecedented fluidity for the design process. The Dynamic Patterning and Surface Design workshop will focus on the underlying concepts and mechanisms for creating performance-based parametric systems. With an emphasis on professional practice, this class will provide participants with a framework through which to better understand relevant applications of parametric design. Register today to learn the fundamentals of parametric design with Grasshopper for Rhino3D.
