I like the idea Kim, nice work, even the extrusion going wavy and parametrically distributed for each letter, Thanks bro for the sharing.

Hi, Ahmed.

As you can see, the logic is,

 type any text and gaussian blur in photoshop - import to GH(image sampler) - make a surface according to the image size - make a rectangular grid - rotate each grid cell using color brightness value and vertical axis(0~90 degree)-assign color to each cell using color gradient.

You can also project grid cell curve to XY plane and export to illustrator for post production.
