Rhino 5 will be supported soon.

We are currently extending Karamba with a graph library and working on different things like a mutithreaded loop and exporter components. When these are finished we will port the plug-in to Rhino 5.

there was a minor bug in 0.9.0 that could under certain circumstances display incorrect results.

this is fixed.

Comment by Kristjan on December 17, 2010 at 6:34am: I had the same error in Analysis component "fem.karambaPINVOKE" but for me, it helped when I checked "Memory load *.GHA assemblies using COFF byte arrays" in GrasshopperDeveloperSettings (type it in Rhino command line).

Maybe you can help me out.... i have the same configuration as you are describing. tried uninstalling/reinstalling... the analysis model assembly still throws the same error. all the other components from this plugin work just fine.
