Very cool idea!

I offset the mesh of rabbit n times until the mesh volume is near 0. After that I populate each offset mesh. With all the point I used a proximity 3D followed by ShortestWalk, the wanted path is between surface point and the only one "center point" the point on the last offset mesh (the little one).  This is a part of the algorithm of Igor Simple growth. Because variable piping is to slow I used Exoskeleton. Closed up not beautiful at the moment.

I also tried other strategies, closest point between each population of offset mesh ... When it will be clean I will gave GH.

Hi Laurent, very interesting. Is this a branching structure? Can you explain a bit more how you did this? A close up would be interesting...
