I like the architectural nature of the cells and 45 degree shadows, it creates a great visual canvas

The strating grid is a square grid. Each cell is assigned to a unique integer, which reflects the ammoun of connections he can have with its neighbours. Cells close the center have a corresponding integer which is lower than the oned farther away. When you randomly pick cells arounfd the population to run the process thats what you come up with.

Hope it makes sense.

I will try to clean the code and post it at some point.
