algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Integration between the systems of Form, Function and Environment (site), is always making a regular feedback to non-steady state situations, and this is what we as Architects have to know about. In fact, the interactions exist in universe; define a great multidisciplinary compatibility, which is actually providing a network to be sustained. The attitude mentioned above can be achievable by releasing a mutual concept right through the values influence on each other toward the general purpose.
Girih Geometries are one set of the reliable cases which got involve in these series. Because of flexible ingredients and basically usage of natural forms, they can provide a high range of compatibility. So, in this research, the generative geometry of Iranian Girih named “Hasht Chahar Lengeh” has been used as a modular structure shell.
In order to challenge the interactions among the Girih as the shell to supports, optimization process defined by the Fitness function toward less Elastic Energy in elements. After all, the reactions of supports defined in Tx, Ty, Tz for Transitions and in Rz for Rotation. Thus, for providing the whole possible solution, Genetic Algorithm got involved. All populations were about 243 set, by 50Genome in each.
The process checked by Galapagos, Karamba and TToolbox. Results indicate the Optimized Generation which shows the Model by less Elastic Energy in elements and minimum of displacement for the whole structure.
The deformation of the shell showed that, in optimized case, the structure will behave as a whole integrated system not to make possibility of less separation between elements. Adapted to generation moving on, we can rely on improving the systems which are related to our architecture qualifications, toward not the best but better definition of coincident designing.

The research above is adapted to the method which is released by Karamba team on their website, and actually it couldn't be done, if Karamba team hadn't supported the motivation behind! thanks Karamba!
