steerable by hexmesh on loadpaths

Being able to steer the kixels (kite pixels) should be possible by layering a hexmesh
onto the loadpaths lines. When the mesh is pulled to one side the
kixels (attached to the loadpaths through rings on the mesh) steer the
other way.
