I really liked this architectural project. This is very similar to the type of windows often found in large buildings in Dubai. This provides excellent protection from sand during a storm and provides ample natural light indoors. This option doesn't suit me personally. I bought a small basement apartment in Toronto. This is an expensive city, so my purchase can be considered successful) I am considering this egress window basement for myself - https://windowtechcanada.ca/requirements-for-size-of-egress-windows... It's not as beautiful as your project, but I know that I can be completely safe with such windows. This perfectly retains moisture from the street and cuts out unnecessary noise.
