algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Beams were placed at the edges of this mesh (created with Kangaroo) and later analysed structurally using Karamba for GH. The resulting largest moments were used to pipe the edges. See example 1 in the Karamba group: http://www.grasshopper3d.com/group/karamba/page/example-files

Hi Arthur,

Could you please help me out? I have done as the karamba example in model but for some reason still doesn't work.

Hi Patrick, great to hear from you! I aagree Karamba is really nice and simple. An engineer at the workshop said it takes him at least an hour to set up a similar model in a structural analysis software. Linking it with Galapagos makes it even better, especially when linking the model to environmental constraints at the same time as structure. We also dispatched members in compression from the one in tension and only piped the one in compression! Are you joining our pub meeting? It would be great to finally meet.
