Hi p_asskcp,

and thank you. I've got an error reopening the file relative to the Image Sampler component, I don't know why. I'm using the last version of Grasshopper (0.9.0075).

Probably all you have to do is:

- insert an Image Sampler between Square Grid and Evaluate;

- set X domain and Y domain using image pixel dimensions;

- use color brightness channel

This works for square images.

ty for the definition, the results look very good!

Unfortunatly I'm struggeling to make it work: when i connect the image sampler to the x variable of the evaluate, the error message "1. Expression generated an error for (X, L): Right hand value of operator - is Null" is still present. Do you know how to solve it?
