algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Testing a UI element designed to provide a 5x5 fixed palette of favourite user colours. Cells not specified are interpolated. Not happy yet with the interpolation algorithm, results in muddy in between colours. Cells with specified colours have dots in them. Adjacent cells with specified colours have gaps because there's no interpolation going on.

The Vincent van Gogh image is just a stress test to see if any particular combinations of adjacencies results in wrong gaps and corners.

Is there a fixed date for GH2 release?

No.

Is it going to be part of Rhino6 as I suppose rhino 5 and 4 will not have gh2?

GH1 will be part of Rhino6, it has not yet been decided whether GH2 beta will be part of Rhino WIP, or whether it's going to be a separate beta process. GH1 and GH2 will be able to co-exist (different commands, different plug-in IDs), and if GH2 will require SDK features that are only present in Rhino WIP, then there seems little point in having a separate GH beta.

Obviously the major benefit to having a separate beta which runs on the currently commercially available version of Rhino is that I'd have access to a lot more beta testers. So either way there's benefits and drawbacks.
