It's much more complicated than you think, at first you should make hexagonal grid on surface. You can also make it in much easier way on 2-dimensional hexagonal grid in GH.

and you trim the lines with tangent circles right???? Can you download an screenshot of the definition , im working on someting similar since weeks and Im strugling

No it is no t sweep2rails, the name of surface is Rail Revolution(in GH). This grid is based on hexagons.
