Some experiments with bands of mesh of different heights some edges are joined and smoothened

Indeed... It's more like some sort of giant sheet of stretched metal.

Yes you didn't make it the same way. Sure it is more easy by hand. But I think it could be replicated with some sort of spaced bands which are stitched with attractors. I'll give a try.

Thanks, Laurent. you are right.

But I did not make it completely alike to Toyo Ito's facade in Barcelona.

I suspect that I'm taking the wrong direction or that was created by hand without using special algorithm.
