I used the surface box component, then used the base to extrude point-so I got breps and not meshes...  If you're trying to turn a mesh into brep\surface, you can try using the mesh edges to create boundary surface, then join surfaces. hope this answers your question.

im trying something very similar .. are you using box morph paneling ? I am having problem later on as the output ( exactly as seen above) is in meshes, and the meshes contain too many faces. So its giving me trouble in computation later. Do you know any thing that can make this in SURFACE or BREP ?
