I guess you refer to the grid used to generate the toolpath points? If you open the GH file at

you'll figure out how the grid and the resolution are set by the user.

it's a first crude simulation of a 5 axis ball nose milling job for CNC machines. the code is based on CAMel, an open source CAD/CAM initiative
