The images explain a lot of the elements. The needed input is a list of rooms with areas and a matrix that determines how the rooms relate to each other (for example it makes sure the master bath and master bedroom are side by side). From there the floor plans that are created are all unique. The list of controls is quite long but here are a few; floor to floor, windows and spacing, roof height, roof pitch, number of dormers, ridge direction, front door, garage door, farming spacing (i.e. 16 in oc, 24 in oc....), framing member size, general typology (square, L shape, shotgun...).

I like the contrast between advance GH and conventional looking house :)

What are the changing parameters in the house?
