size component supported only ground PV panels and angled roof PV panels.
Download the newest PV SWH system size component from here (Click on "View Raw" to download it. Then move the downloaded .ghuser file to File->Special Folders->User Objects Folder, an confirm to overwrite it with previously located one).
Just a few opinions on the project you are currently working on:This kind of fixed, non-transparent (overhang) PV panels attached to a building facade are vert convenient for locations with higher latitudes. The reason for this is because they (fixed overhang PV panels) are dimensioned according to the sun position at summer solstice. Elevation angles on summer solstice at higher latitude locations are lower, than those of lower latitude locations.Due to Incheon's low latitude (37), you will get rather short length of the PV panels* : less than 10 centimeters (0.097 meters in the attached .gh file below). As you have mentioned, Galapagos needs to be used too.I will just mention some of the good and bad ways in which the upper issue could be somewhat avoided:1) Increasing the vertical distance between PV panels (PV panels appear above every second window).2) Increase the tilt angle. This will increase the length of PV panels also, but will decrease the final annual AC energy output. An example of this solution has been applied at FKI building in Seoul (latitude: 37N):I already did some tests (with tilt angles: 40, 45, 55) and this does not seem like a good solution, though.3) Shrinking the "sun window" by using the minimalSpacingPeriod_ input. In Photovoltaics, a planner is suppose to make the 9h to 15h part of the sun window free of any obstructions. If you try to decrease the "sun window" to 10 to 14h, the length of your PV panels will increase. You can try to experiment a little bit with this (set your minimalSpacingPeriod_ to 21th of June 10 to 14hours). In general, shrinking the sun window on summer solstice is not a good principle during planning.4) Using tracking PV panels, not fixed ones. But Ladybug Photovoltaics components do not support this kind of PV systems. They only support fixed ones.I would personally go with the first option. You can also experiment with the second and third one.Comment back if you have any other questions.-----------------------* By "length of the PV panels" I mean the: tiltedArrayHeight_ input of the PV SWH system size component.…

Everything works great with one curve.
Now I want to offset the base curve and shatter the offset curves with random lengths. The offset works fine, but the shatter is not random. It is copying the same "random pattern" from the first base curve.
The eval and shatter (orange in below image) just uses the same set of random numbers on all curves. I've generated enough random numbers for the total length of all 4 curves.
How can I use the first 18 random numbers on the first curve, random numbers 19 thru 37 on the second curve, and so on ...

pen Brep"; I didn't know it worked on flat surfaces. And I think it's only fair to include in your benchmark the considerable time 'SUnion' takes in this example: 21.9 seconds for 121 rings and likely much more with 400 or 1,000+ rings.
Then I noticed the pattern doesn't match. Checked the circles and they are the same. The distance between them, however, is different: 7 instead of 6. When I change that value to 6, the Python fails badly. All the holes and gaps are gone, which destroys the pattern:
I can't do the "two phase" approach on an 11 X 11 grid, but I can do 6 X 6 and 2 X 2 to get a 12 X 12 grid (40 'SUnion' operations) in 28 seconds total. That beats your benchmark of ~37 seconds for an 11 X 11 grid, if you include the 'SUnion' in your code.

On the thermal end:Although Butterfly is already making things user-friendly like none other, I am still limited by my scarce knowledge on CFD simulations which I am trying to cope with by fumbling around openfoam forums. I am still unable to use the heat transfer recipe correctly in the indoor example definition. Most of the stepbystep Tutorials are provided with OpenFoam lines which I have come to find uneasy to interpret with what is already written in the components of Butterfly.I am gaining experience thanks to you.
I am still unsure of how to set the conditions for a box (heatsource at 37 C, bodytemp) to visualise stack effect in the room.1. Is it necessary to set custom boundary conditions for this case? If yes, would you recommend a library of the corresponding parameters for different generic items? As a simplification, could the wallboundary be used to create the geometry and input the temperature ?2. in the createBgeometry component, must the Jagged component be plugged into meshset? 3. Is the temperature of the Inlet, the temperature of the fluid/air entering the room?4. With the heat transfer recipe blindly plugged into the solution. I am not sure how to solve these errors:
"Radiation model not active: Radiation properties not found...--> FOAM FATAL ERROR: Continuity error cannot be removed by adjusting the outflow. Please check the velocity boundary conditions and/or run potentialFoam to initialise the outflow."Thank you for your patience and for kindly considering these questions.Best,Olivier…
be done easier, but later on the geometry will change and therefore this seems the better option. But coming back to the problem
First, there were some problems concerning the zone, although it seems solved still the “runenergysimulation” gives the following warning:
1. The simulation has not run correctly because of this severe error:
** Severe ** UpdateZoneSizing: Cooling supply air temperature (calculated) within 2C of zone temperature
Do one of you know what went wrong? It probably will solve most of it.
Second, “set Zone Thresholds” gives the following warning:
1. Solution exception:global name 'maxHumidity_' is not defined
However, the component is missing the max humidity input on the list, has this to do something with the error?
All the components are up to date.
I hope it will be an easy fix.

I want to draw the track points and I have done a try, (using google earth refernce points with decimal degrees ) following the discusions I found in gHowl forum, but I dont know what I'm doing wrong....
I hope you could help me soon!!!...
