middle index, and choose that point with List Item. If even, for example 4 points (0, 1, 2, 3), you'll get 2, so subtract one and choose those two indices, 1 and 2. I only had a few minutes to play with this, so it isn't a fully-baked solution, but it should take you a little further.…

and I want to format as a text it so it replaces the innermost branch with a letter so {0;0;1} would read A-0-1. I am able to replace all the symbols using replace text but am no sure if there's a way to convert a number to a letter.…

The best way is to use a C# or a VB component to transpose these
lists. I think in C# you can use transpose directly. You can ask this
on the VB/C# forum on our new website, www.grasshopper3d.com

then it will need to repeat this pattern (continuing to count upwards) and the repeat number is based on a slider (for example 3 in the case illustrated below):
