7, 9, 12 and 13 to be able to rotate freely around the y axis at nodes 2, 3, 6, 7, 10 and 11 respectively. The last 2 conditions, for elements 12 and 13, doesn't give any problems, but the first 4 does.

Yes. It is a single account with administrator access. I read in some other posts that windows 10 operators had to create an administrator account. Is this required for Windows 7?

current workaround (kangaroo dupPt component) removes all duplicates from list, tho does maintain order.

When I upgraded to Windows 10 from 7, the script stopped working. Running tetgen from the CMD line said a DLL was missing. Here is that DLL to put in your Tetgen directory.

triangulate my mesh faces thus i was getting 7 points per polygon. 7 outputs needed. It works with 7 outputs even if 3 of them are not being used.

except in data, the branches start at 0, so 'group 1' is branch 0
as for the order of your points, that depends on the input prior sorting...
