ectural project, the efficiency of design communication and the control of information-flow are as important as the creativity of ideas. In response to the concurrent digital evolution emerging in the architectural industry world-wide, the Faculty of Architecture at The University of Hong Kong will host a two week intensive summer program named Digital Practice.Led by professors from The University of Hong Kong, as well as invited practitioners with expertise in practice of cutting edge digital techniques, the program offers participants opportunities to experience applications of computational tools during different stages of an architectural project, i.e. concept design, form finding and optimization, delivery, management and communication of design information under the team-based working environment. By learning advanced computational techniques through case studies in the context of Hong Kong, participants are expected to go beyond the conventional perception of technology, considering users and tools as a feedback-based entity instead of a dichotomy. The program, which is taught in English, includes a series of evening lectures related delivered by teaching staff and invited local architects. …

make a new curve from points I attempt to do it by writing:
Curve cv = new Curve();
This gives me the error:Error: 'Rhino.Geometry.Curve.Curve()' is inaccessible due to its protection level (line 88)
I have also tried calling the CreateInterpolatedCurve() from the Curve class, but
Curve cv = null; cv = new Curve.CreateInterpolatedCurve(Mould.Branch(0), 3);
But from this i get:
Error: 'Rhino.Geometry.Curve.CreateInterpolatedCurve(System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable<Rhino.Geometry.Point3d>, int)' is a 'method' but is used like a 'type' (line 89)I'm really quite lost about how I can this to work. Can anyone help me?…
angel but when it comes to material behavior, stresses, surface tension i think that "our" tools are still no complex and powerful enough - and like i said i didn't really see the benefit in the work of my friend form the digital experiment.
so i think the question is is there a benefit from your digital experiment or do you rather stick to the physical experiment.

an be given as 88° and 95°. All three angles must sum up to 180, and we're already 3 degrees over balance. Or maybe the user specifies three edge-lengths: 21, 12 and 8. 21 is bigger than 12+8, so even if the triangle was stretched flat, the two short edges cannot reach the ends of the long edge. The above is easy to test for and I add errors to the component if an invalid triangle is provided. However there are also many angle+edge length combinations which result in invalid triangles.
I could of course test for these as well, but the problem is now tolerance. What if the user specifies a redundant angle of 54.7°, whereas the mathematics tell us that the actual angle is 54.7002°. Is that an error? If so, is the angle wrong or is perhaps one of the edges wrong? Or has the triangle simply been over-constrained? Is there a mathematically robust way of dealing with this? And if so, would that also be the most user-friendly way of dealing with it?…

I've downloaded the latest version of FabTools.
I've completely un-installed and re-installed.
I've Googled everything I can think of to find a solution, but most references are circa 2013 which is probably under Rhino 5. Which works totally fine, BTW.
Does anybody know of a solution?
Thanks,
Michael

1. Buy some anti gravity tissue (available on request by Fotiadis ACME Industries: any color you want, payment in advance, cash only).
2. Create a pavement with a rectangular hole. Use Buchtal Bosco tiles (the most expensive stuff around > we live once). Avoid trees (it's too late) and/or anything (Less is more).
http://www.agrob-buchtal.de/en/cd/produkte/produkte_seiten_2_19881.html?pe_id=88
3 .Put Vodka into the hole (I do hope Russian top stuff).
4. Do a semi submerged grid of tissues (vertical due to 1 - or your money back).
4. Provide armchairs to the spectators (these things take time). Put ZZTop on the stereo (or Cure). Empty your mind. Reset.
5. Wait for some appropriate wind and/or the 4 horsemen (whatever comes first).

be done easier, but later on the geometry will change and therefore this seems the better option. But coming back to the problem
First, there were some problems concerning the zone, although it seems solved still the “runenergysimulation” gives the following warning:
1. The simulation has not run correctly because of this severe error:
** Severe ** UpdateZoneSizing: Cooling supply air temperature (calculated) within 2C of zone temperature
Do one of you know what went wrong? It probably will solve most of it.
Second, “set Zone Thresholds” gives the following warning:
1. Solution exception:global name 'maxHumidity_' is not defined
However, the component is missing the max humidity input on the list, has this to do something with the error?
All the components are up to date.
I hope it will be an easy fix.

points within the bounds of the site boundary and use each location as an attractor point controlling a variable at each point in the grid (radius of a circle/height of a cube/colour based on a gradient etc.).This would be based on proximity to the attractor points with the effect of each attractor point essentially scaled by the percentage associated with it. For example a location with 88% visitor rates would have a more dramatic effect than a location with 26% visitor rates.
I've had a bit of a play around but can't seem to get beyond the point of what is shown in basic point attractor tutorials online. I'm definitely a novice.
Here's how I figured it would be done:
1) Create a grid of source points within a boundary curve.
2) Select 18 pre-defined attractor points.
2) Measure the distance between the source points and the attractor points.
3) Invert this data so that variables increase with proximity rather than decrease.
4) Give each of the attractor points a strength value from 1-100% based on the visitor rates.
5) Use the scaled data to control a variable at each of the source points.
6) Create some way to control the drop-off rate of the effect from each point.
It is at step 3 that I get completely lost.
I hope my description is clear. Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Adam

2:同じファンクション内のdist = rs.Distance(self.pos,b.pos)についてですが
