ant to find all paths where exactly two items are the same like in branch {1}. How can I solve this in VB? Is there an easy "search in list" class or do I have to iterate over all items by myself ??
Regards Alex…
ow do you sort data trees with distinctive number of list items in each branch?
In this example, there are 161 branches with three distinctive number of list items, 3, 4, and 5. I want to know if there is another way to sort out this data tree into this way: 3 vertices {0;0}, {0;1}, {0;2],...4 vertices {1;0}, {1;1}, {1;2},... 5 vertices {2;0}, {2;1}, {2;2},...
2. Is there a way to sort our surfaces based on number of distinctive list items automatically? For example, if there are surfaces with 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 vertices, I want to make five branches with the same number of vertices automatically.
I hope my questions make sense...
Thank you!

13 5 15 6 17 7 ... …
But it seems I have not been clear:
the input values (3,5,7,9,11,13) should be presented in the way of "number slider" parameter. So by increasing the value of the slider from minimum 3, to 5, 7, 9, 13, 15, 17... I should get an output numbers of 0,1,3,4,5,6,7...
So I if choose value 3 on the input "number slider", on the other end, I want 0 as an output.
Or if I choose value 5 on the input "number slider", I want 1 as an output, and so on.
Is this possible?…
I assume that branch 0;0 has N = 10 points, 0;1 N = 7 points.
In the photo the way you describe the points it is like branch 0;0 has N = 45 points, where subbranch 0;0;1 has null points, subbrach 0;0;1 has N=1 point... subbranch 0;0;9 has N= 9 points.
Most likely you need to just graft you initial data tree that has the following structure
0;0 with N = 10
0;1 with N = 7
0;2 with N = 9
0;3 with N = 5
0;4 with N = 8
without a file, or a solid description of your starting data structure all these remain assumptions.

e possible to change the component definition making possible to customize the number of outputs.Now Dispatch moves "true" values to A and "False" values to B
INPUT:
L (List to work on) -> 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
D (Dispatch Pattern) -> True, False
OUTPUT:
A (List) -> 1, 3, 5, 7
B (List) -> 2, 4, 6, 8
Could it be possible/useful to modify it so it could dispatch items to several outputs, like:
INPUT:
L (List to work on) -> 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0
D (Dispatch Pattern) -> A, B, C
OUTPUT:
A (List) -> 1, 4, 7, 0
B (List) -> 2, 5, 8
C (List) -> 3, 6, 9
maybe I'm missing something and there's already a component with this function... I have been searching on the forum for half afternoon, but can't find anything about it!
Thank you!…
