You'll need to define two expressions, one that tells me how slider B should change when slider A is dragged around and vice versa. One equation is not enough (even beyond the difficulties of solving it both ways, you'd basically need a very advanced mathematical algorithm). Take for example:
Sin(x) = y
It's easy to determine the value of y for any given x, but for a lot of y's there is no answer for x. And when the expression is solvable there are an infinite number of x's that could be valid. You'll run into similar problems with parabolas, hyperbolas, higher order polynomials, you name it.

First, there were some problems concerning the zone, although it seems solved still the “runenergysimulation” gives the following warning:

Do one of you know what went wrong? It probably will solve most of it.
Second, “set Zone Thresholds” gives the following warning:

However, the component is missing the max humidity input on the list, has this to do something with the error?
All the components are up to date.
I hope it will be an easy fix.

you post a screenshot of what the message coming from its readMe! output looks like?2) Close your Grasshopper and Rhino.3) Download "Revo Uninstaller Pro" from here. It is free for first 30 days, which is what we need.4) Right click on the RevoUninProSetup.exe and check if the file is blocked. If it is, unblock it.5) Run the RevoUninProSetup.exe file and install "Revo Uninstaller Pro".6) Uninstall "MapWinGIS" with "Revo Uninstaller Pro". It is important that "Revo Uninstaller Pro" deletes not only files from MapWinGIS installation folder, but also all other leftovers (as registry inputs). Here is a small tutorial on how to do that. Watch it from 6:10 till the end.7) Restart your PC8) When your Windows boots up, make sure that you are logged in as Administrator!9) In your Start menu's search box type: "UAC", which will find your User Account Control Settings. Click on it, and a new window will open. Set the bar on the left to "Never notify".10) Turn off your Windows Firewall.11) Then turn off your custom Firewall (in case you have another one, besides standard Windows Firewall).12) Completely turn off your Antivirus.13) Download again the MapWinGIS-only-v4.9.4.2-x64.exe.exe file from here.14) Right click on the MapWinGIS-only-v4.9.4.2-x64.exe file and see if it is blocked. Target group The workshop is fully funded and is addressed to students of architecture and civil engineering faculties at master level from Estonia (11 seats), Latvia (3 seats), Lithuania (3 seats) and Sweden (3 seats). Description The use of digital and computational design tools is increasingly important for the activity of design and research for architects and engineers. It permits to integrate environmental and energy aspects from the very early stages of the design and planning process to achieve more performative, efficient and integrated buildings and urban environments. The workshop attendants will broaden their design and technical knowledge with solar design, daylighting and energy efficiency topics and will learn how to integrate environmental analysis and building performance analysis tools with parametric and generative methodologies in architecture and planning.

opening a simple file with 30 curves being lofted took like 2 minutes to complete and Rhino crashed afterwards saying:"Windows is out of memory and Rhino will close after you click ok."evethough I still had 7GB of free physical memory and my page file is set also to 16 GB just to be shure...I then switched to Rhino 5.0 Version 5 SR14 64-bit (5.14.522.8390, 05/22/2017) which also had big problems to display the lofted surface. It was unresponsive after loading the file for a minute and a half and then it normally displayed the lofted surface. Every move of camera takes at least 10 seconds to update, but at least it runs. GH profiler says the loft took only 12 ms (90%).
So I'm suspected my graphics card, because the Windows are just three weeks from a clean install. I've also updated my Graphics Driver from the stock Windows one to Intel HD one, but nothing changed.Is there something I'm missing??? as follows.
We have a grid which consists of a collection of columns, where each column consists of a list of points. You said flattening is out of the question, so we need to cull items from each list individually.
Let's say our culling pattern is KDDDKDD (repeat as needed). K = Keep, D = Ditch. If a column contains 18 points, the pattern needs to be repeated until it is 18 items long. In this case:

We can now cull each column, but they will all be culled in the same way. By shifting the pattern one more index for each column, we can cycle the culling.
The fix incidentally is to Shift the pattern PRIOR to repeating it. Then it works as expected:
