2 & 3 are showing the base curves for the inside and outside starting point if the form. Both the inside and outside outline starting curves are made up of a set of 8 tangential arcs.

inition loaded.
It supports to be like this:
0-20 : true
from 21 : false
but this is what I get:
0-1 : true
2-10 : false
11-20 : true
from 21 : false
I have no clue what is happening to value 2-10?
Even trying component ‘expression’ the problem still the same.
Does anyone know where the problem is?

created surface with sweep and rotate them with number of division. Section curves of 2Railsweep is defined with 3 Point arc and shape is also controlable.
You can change shape by sliding 16 paramteters.
The definition is rather long, hope somebody can modify with more sphiscated manner.

ut no luck so far...
and for some reason, the number of curves in the lists is double what I think it should be... for instance, if I create a series of 20 curves (20 stories of the building), the output at the end of the definition says "40 locally defined values" ... not sure if this is a problem...…
- 100.
After that, I want to separate it into 5 different lists in spesific thickness.
in this case of 0-100 so it would be :
1. if the distance 0 - 20 then the thickness is 5
2. if the distance 21 - 40 then the thickness is 10
3. if the distance 41 - 60 then the thickness is 15
4. if the distance 61 - 80 then the thickness is 20
5. if the distance 81 - 100 then the thickness is 25
But, the problem is the list of distance isn't static between 0-100. It could be 5 - 250 / 3.5-175/etc.....
Could you help me how to make the expression?? Is this possible if I make one expression?
thank you.
Z.
nb: distance and thickness hasn't mathematical relation.…

he sunPath component works. For example if you want to simulate the hours from 8 to 16 it means you want 8 hours from 8 to 9, from 9 to 10,.... from 15 to 16 (8 hours duration period) so you get from the sunPath component (using default timeStep 1) the 9 sun position/vectors 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 (in the image the yellow suns). The things is that if you ask for a smaller timeStep for example 3 = 20 mins then the additional sun position (in the image the orange suns) are added also after the time limit of h16 so probably when you don't want/need. I understand that when you input a time period there is the ambiguity if the hours are the just 9 (the 9 inputs) or the 8 hours included between pairs of hours, but I would make in a way that it is possible to chose if the extra timeStep after the last hour are added or not. Thank you for your comments.
