A low-resolution work. Real time motion capture display made with an 11x8 (88) pixels iPad matrix using Grasshopper + Firefly + Pure Data + TouchOSC for iPad.
The direction command worked. Thanks! Although I still cant seem to get the orientation right. When i change from 90 to 0 in the radians component, it just seems to flatten out the panels. Any ideas?
unctions, as follows:
sin(a) gives the y-vector
cos(a) gives the x-vector
Afterwards,I combine these values using vector xyz component to obtain the vector.
However, sin(90) returns 0.89.... and cos(90) returns -0,448... and not 1 and 0, etc.
What do I miss?
Thank you for your help.

Just came across you definition, really useful, but some surfaces were flipped through 180 or 90 degrees so I ended up with upside down and side ways people.
Any idea why that might have happened?
1) The UV directions for the Loft are 90 degrees out to the UV directions of the Sweep method. So you would need to alter your definition accordingly.
2) Glad to here it, you're welcome.
Hi Ryan, Thanks for giving this a shot… The trial is fully functional for 90 days, so should be fine for testing. You can download from food4rhino without registering... Greg

is it possible to get the brep to rotate by 90 degress around z axis and possible z axis and y axis? would you insert those optino prior to move or do you need another component than vec2pt?
