It could look like this in a panel
{0}
0 - A
1 - B
{1}
0 - C
1 - D
{2}
0 - E
1 - F
question: can you operate on elements between branches?
By default, when you apply polyline, it will connect the elements inside their branch. But how do we connect '{0} 0 - A' with '{1} 0 - B' and '{2} 0 - C'?
2)If we have 6 elements (A,B,C,D,E,F) at the same level or issued from a flatten operation, how do we create a tree like this one:
{0}
0 - A
1 - B
{1}
0 - C
1 - D
{2}
0 - E
1 - F
?
3) a work around would be to reverse the branch:
as the following transformation:
from this list:
{0}
0 - A
1 - B
{1}
0 - C
1 - D
{2}
0 - E
1 - F
that would transform in this one
{0}
0 - A
1 - C
2 - E
{1}
0 - B
1 - D
2 - F
?
4) Can we do such operation:
from this list:
{0;0}
0 - A
{0;1}
0 - B
{1;0}
0 - C
{1;1}
0 - D
{2;0}
0 - E
{2;1}
0 - F
to
{0}
0 - A
1 - B
{1}
0 - C
1 - D
{2}
0 - E
1 - F
5) I saw in a previous discussion in the VB# corner (about grid) that David was suggesting using some methods but I don't know how to use the "GH_Path" and the "Grasshopper.DataTree" object? is there other methods which are not mention either in SDK doc and Primer Grasshopper hand book?
Many thanks…
4,4}... but this is sequence for Nurbs curve . I want finding a Nurbs surface.for example in 2 direction u{0,0,0,1,1,1,2.3..} and v{0.0.0.1,2} what's the proper action ?
2-in rhino >>>properties of object>>>detail for Nurbs surfaces somewhere demonstrated : "U": degree =3 CV count = 5 (0.0605688 <= U <= 0.954948)
"V": degree =3 CV count = 14 (0.503634 <= V <= 1.00363)
whats a meaning of this phrase in the Parenthesis ? and is it important for (u&v) that value of them be between 0 and 1 ? thank you for your consideration about the issue. With best regards.…
rasshopper by defining the address and value and it comes across fine. so far so good. However when I want to put together a bundle of messages with different addresses and dito values or when I try to send these messages rapidly after oneanother it doesn't work anymore.
When I rapidly send 3 messages after oneanother the first two get dropped and only the last message (address and value) gets across. When I bundle the three msgs the whole bundle gets across but doesn't 'get parsed' so the output of the UDP component shows out the D output: lines 0 till 5 showing on the even index the addresses and on the uneven indexes the values (I guess this is ok?).
The OSC_Dispatch component doesn't seem to split this bundle message. I input the three adresses in the DispatchObject D input (which works fine with single messages). The D Output shows in the output of address0 the rest of the message : "data1,address2,data2,address3,data3" and the data 2 and data 3 fields are empty. I would like to have data2 in the field coupled to address 2, like it the case when I use single messages.
Anybody have any thoughts on how to fix this ? Thanks!…

(buy 3 for the price of 2 just for 99$).
"...by offering the software for free to students and teachers. It's infinitely more expensive for a student to use GH over AutoCAD or Revit."
Congrats, you just divided by 0 :D

1 jour ( Atelier ) : mercredi 22 septembre
