how to use the Kinect to capture motion and be a 3D modle ?

hello guys !

I have some problem :

I need to use the Kinect to capture motions about Hip-Hop dance.I chose the Firfly to help me keep these tracks.

But I don't Know how to do  like this vedio

I try to use Rhino (loft) to be but it just will be a surface.
So anyone can teach me how to do ?
