This stadium looks typical for an Arab country. As far as I remember, Bangladesh also adopts this architectural experience because of the hot climate. I am a little bit into football in Bangladesh now, so I learn all the nuances of life in this country. I already have a local bookmaker - https://bangla1xbet.com/ It turns out that sports betting was legalized here back in the days when online business was just at the beginning of trends.

Thank you Anirudh. The panels are fixed, due to the stadium being in a harsh desert climate we opted for minimal maintenance, which would be better for the long term reliability to the club. Whether they are open or not is dependent on air flow requirements for keeping the football field grass alive and ventilating the public concourse. Some are open for views out from lounges. But the lounges are glazed so it has no impact on airflow.

This was all driven by cfd modelling digitally and a 2m diameter physical model was built and tested in a wind tunnel.

that's really beautiful and amazing, congrats! Question, are those panels fixed or operable? Are they performative in any way? The way they become canopies is really neat.
