algorithmic modeling for Rhino

hi, i am now working on this bird migration simulation using your plugin, dealing with several point emitters on a global map (as starting locations) and a series of "checkpoints" - as seek points ( in reality - migration locations which are relevant for birds on their trajectory ) in order to mimic a looping behaviour on the globe.
however, i would like to ask you how should i calibrate the forces in order to maintain the exact behaviour, when i have to deal with 3000 - 20000 agents in the same contained surface environment, as i realised their behaviour changes drastically when so many are in the system at once.
please advise me, how should i approach these premises, if seek points force is the right one or shld i use follow path ( which i can see dsnt really work properly and i get this huge snake instead of actual flocking ) or the attract force? Also, in the case of high number of quelea particles, do i also need to change the values in order for the quelea behaviour to be relevant.

if u need i can send you the files to have a look.
thank you
