algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hey Nathan

Long time listener, first time caller. Great tool. I was just trying something with Lunchbox and not  getting results i was expecting. I was wondering if you could explain the logic, thanks

So basically, I've lofted two circles (different radius) directly about each other. Then i used triB to tessellate  I was just checking the horizontal length of each triangle. The triangles are colour coded to the length of their horizontal edge.

What has me confused is i was expecting the colours to be in horizontal bands. The circle at the top is wider, therefore each triangle needs to be wider. But the triB seems to be creating different sized triangles. The distribution works for every quarter of the circle.

I kind of have the feeling i'm asking a stupid question...

Is it dependent on UV? I just flipped the uv of the surface, then the uv inputs of triB, and obviously its creates a totally different tessellation (vertical lines instead of horizontal), but creates more expected results.Do you think i should just make the previous one manually? Thanks again
