Concentric Zones Adjacencies Problem

Dear Mostapha and Chris,

There seems to be a problem with solving the adjacencies of concentric zones. Please see the attached gh file.

The first model (top) contains concentric zones. The adjacencies are shown as "outdoors" which is not correct.  

In the second model, zones are not concentric (the core is a little bit shifted in Y direction). The adjacencies are solved correctly (surface).

Is there any way to avoid the problem (e.g. by setting the code in a way that it automatically displaces the centers of concentric zones (just in calculation) without changing their surfaces' geometry)?
