Planing problem

Hi,

I`m working with solving planing problem using Kangaroo.

1.Groups and connections between them

2.Network

3.In Plan

4. Then I want to divide on two floors using priority of connections. Somehow I`ve made them fly and pull to surfaces. Each time I achieve different result. I have an idea to divide on two groups and than one group of points pull to one mesh, other group to another mesh. But I don`t have criterions to find what result is better. Can somebody explain what am I doing wrong?
