Hi,

Unfortunately, the ESRI geocoding service recently switched its endpoint from "http" to "https", so the one that's embedded in the component will no longer get results.  This is the case for a few of the other components as well.  I am, however, actively developing updates to Heron on Github (https://github.com/blueherongis/Heron) and making them available via the Yak Package Manager and this issue has been addressed with Heron 0.3.2.  If you aren't familiar with the package manager, you can access it by typing "TestPackageManager" in the command line for Rhino 6 and "PackageManager" for Rhino 7.  Once the dialogue pops up, you can search for "heron" and install directly from there (no need to go to Food4Rhino).  Before doing so, I would delete all existing Heron files from the Grasshopper Libraries folder to avoid any conflicts.  Once you have the latest version of Heron installed, you will find you will need to replace the Heron 0.2.0 components with new ones.  Also note that there's a lot more functionality with the new version, but I have yet to document it, so if you need any help understanding how things are working, please let me know.

Oh!Thank you for your help in making me understand what happened.I've been puzzled about this for some time.I will try the operation according to your suggestion. If I need help again, I'll come back and ask for your advice.Thank you very much again for your answer.

Hi Brian, I'm trying to make this work on 3.9 with rhino 7. Do you have any suggestions to get rid of this error?
I removed all the previous Heron files in the components folder.
Best,
Jeremy

Hi Jeremy,

Try replacing the SetEAP component with a new one.  I'm also attaching an updated Heron example file populated with v0.3.9 components.  I plan to add this to the food4rhino soon.

Thanks Brian,

I tried but because I'm working in SE Australia, I don't think that the databases have data for this region.
I managed to get the EAP to be bound to the select region (Woodside Beach), but beyond that, i couldn't make anything work; like raster imagery, topography etc.

Best,
Jeremy

Hi Jeremy,

I would focus on the OSMRest component for vector data and GMRT for topography.
