Loosing data when receiving with gHowl

Yesterday with a student we were working on a method to transfer point and color data from processing to GH via gHowl.  Stuff we do all of the time correct?  Well in this case the incoming data was processed in a certain way that was taking some time.  This meant that while GH was working to sort out the incoming data and do some geometric operations on it, we were loosing packets being sent by processing.  The quick and dirty solution was to turn off all of the heavy operations in GH.  The data transfer was fine after this.

For the most part I have not experienced this, but I am also not doing any heavy operations on the incoming data.  I will look into how to workaround this in the near future.
