School club custom gear

I run a school club and want to create custom gear (hoodies, caps, backpacks) for members. Budget is limited, and not everyone orders the same items, so variant control is tricky. Also worried about low-quality prints or misaligned logos.

We previewed each variant live. The vendor used those configurations to produce final items. Because the designs were validated in advance, we got clean, consistent results—even though not everyone got the same combination of gear.
