Hi Phillip,

Thanks for attaching the image.  Since I can see that the port is open, but that the Mega Read component has an error, my first guess would be whether or not you have the Mega Firmata properly uploaded to your board?  Is it possible you loaded the Uno Firmata instead? The Uno and Mega components are looking for the data to be properly formatted when it goes and reads from the port (the firmata usually handles this)... so if the data doesn't match then it will usually throw an error.  Could you check to make sure you've got the right firmata installed.

I couldn't believe that I got to understand many things regarding the play and different things which can embrace best deal for learning and understand study front of various students jointly i accustomed be checking on assignment service uk uk-dissertation.com/assignment.html reviews to induce my assignment done on time as its low cost and easy to access for matching the details.

Reading and writing issues are often caused by COM port settings, firmware compatibility, or timing conflicts between data transfers. Testing each function independently before combining them usually makes troubleshooting much easier. Embedded hardware projects using HS108P-J also benefit from verifying communication step by step before expanding functionality.
