working with 3d scan data

Hi everyone,

I have 3dscaned a persons head and would like to distribute shapes over this 3d scan.

What is the best way to work with 3dscan data? Should I try to do this with grasshopper, or better directly in Rhino? Any suggestion is welcome.

PS I have an .obj file
