word of advice: delete components that don't have allocated geometry any more

Hi!

i just discovered something (after wasting my time and grinding my nerves).

long story short: if you have linked geometry (geometry build in rhino, and linked to a component in grasshopper), delete/reassign that component if you want to delete the geometry, otherwise you might get visualization problems on items that don't have anything to do with the linked geometry.

(a lofted surface and a plane, both generated in GH, didn't show because i had a surface item that was linked to a geometry that was no longer in the scene. i generated a plane separately from any of the code in the file, and it didn't show until i deleted the component that had a broken link! if i copied everything from this file to a new file, except for the component with the missing geometry, the lofted surface and the plane showed)

i'm using version 0.6.0043. maybe it's a temporary bug
