[Wish] Threads on the forum

Can we please get a sticky thread that shows (new) users a standard way to present problems?

Something like...

- Always embed proper sized jpegs so that they don't have to be opened in a different tab.

- Internalize things in GH so that we don't have to download a Rhino and a GH file if that is not really necessary.

- If possible upload a definition the forum can talk about. (Often a lot of energy is used to find out what exactly the problem is, just because there is no definition in the first place.)

Of course, these are just suggestions, but something in that direction would be very nice.
