Hi Danny,

it would also work like this, but I think you're way would be more elegant.

It would be also nice to have an input manager for the Concatenate component, to add more inputs, to merge more than 2 strings together.

Also I think there is a little Bug, because I've edited the slider to integers, but when connecting it to the String Join component it becomes a floating number again, just when I put a Integer Param between it is still an integer value in the end.

Maybe you can also have a look at this, David?

Thank you in advance.

Great minds think alike.... or should it be fools seldom differ. :)

This is my current method. I just thought that as * and ? are legitimate Tree Split Masks it would be good to allow them in the Create Branch Component and do away with the string components for the mask making. Despite the outcome not actually making the blindest bit of difference in component reduction, I just thought logically it would make sense.

Of course, you are totally right. :)

Yeah it makes sense. It's a lot of coding to replace the integer-only data type with something that can handle wildcards in all components so I probably won't get around to it soon.

Just put it on pile, that's all I ask. :)
