Wind Simulation

Hi all Im trying to do something like this...I'm still researching about it and found out that back in the day people made this with WinAir and Ecotect plus Geco for Grasshopper.  I cant find those programs anymore and was wondering if anyone could help me with this.  I think maybe this can be done through some sort of field attraction and repulsion but haven't had a chance to try it out.
