Wind analysis on site how to read and get values

Hey guys,

For our final project on digital advanced design and architecture

we would like to do a wind analysis on the added site made with the windrose of Barcelona.

But do someone knows a plug-inn to get values in grasshopper

or which is the best way, maybe use an other program and read the values?

These values we need to digitalise and parametrize the way how our building

will go into the landscape together with galapagos.
