why? region intersection do not work well?

hi

i have a curve and some rectangulars

i wanto use region intersection to make the shape that in the curve.

but i find that some rectangulars do well, some not.

the rhino model and pictures are in the attechments.

can any one tell me how do work well about the region intersection?
